Nutrition Label Calculator

This tool takes info from a US packaged fruit nutrition label and calculates the sugar grams and initial gravity for a given weight of fruit. This is useful when you are using packaged fruit to make a wine or mead, since your hydrometer cannot measure the sugar that is locked in the fruit itself.
